FJORDS, WATERFALLS AND MOUNTAINS – THIS IS ABOUT NORWAY

We lived on the largest high mountain plateau in Europe – Hardangervidda. Twelve days amidst incredible nature, where every day was filled with adventures, new acquaintances and challenges. 21 people from every corner of Europe – and all united by one goal: to learn, to feel, to explore.
Team building, team tasks, games of trust and cooperation helped us become a team from the very first days. We learned how to navigate using a map and compass, and we immediately tested this knowledge in real conditions.
Our three-day hike was a real challenge and at the same time the greatest reward. 30,000 steps, 25 km with a 15-kilogram backpack… – the perfect recipe to see Norway. Two nights in tents in the open air, magnificent sunsets, swimming in crystal-cold mountain waters – emotions that are impossible to forget.
There were also moments of real extreme – we tried rafting, and it was incredible! And then there were hikes to waterfalls, picnics in nature, evenings with national presentations of the participating countries, new tastes, warm conversations and laughter that could be heard far in the mountains.
This Youth Exchange was not just a trip for us – it was a wonderful time that left behind a sea of memories, new friends, and inspiration to discover the world even more.
