Lions Quest at Bochmanivska gymnasium. Feedback

On February 22-23, employees of Bochmanivska gymnasium and kindergarten took part in a two-day training where Ms. Oksana Artemenko held a workshop aimed at developing socio-emotional and ethical skills. Reflective practice allowed each participant to reflect their thoughts and feelings, identify their strengths and discuss what is still worth working on. Working in interconnected groups helped to better understand the importance of cooperation and communication in a team. The listeners solved tasks together, using their knowledge and skills, learned to listen to each other.
Talented employees of the gymnasium and kindergarten not only developed their social and emotional competences, but also revealed their musical talents, creating a unique atmosphere of cooperation and mutual understanding.
The most interesting thing was to watch how the participants revealed their emotions and discovered many new things about creating a lesson.
We sincerely thank our trainer Ms. Oksana Artemenko for the acquired new knowledge, which we will implement in our work.
